II. Content of the Event:

2011 is the starting year of the twelfth Five-Year Program. To further push forward opening policy in Zhejiang Province and to extensively attract foreign investment in the construction of industrial agglomeration areas and the development of marine economy in Zhejiang, our provincial government decides to entirely unveil 14 industrial agglomeration areas in Zhejiang at the 13th China Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium (from June 8th to 11th, 2011), and invite foreign company representatives to come and negotiate, meanwhile holding the signing ceremony of relevant projects. Provincial government officials will attend the event then and meet with VIP representatives.

Brief Introduction of Industrial Agglomeration Areas in Zhejiang

The period of “the twelfth Five-Year Program” is crucial to Zhejiang’s economic and social transformation and development. Zhejiang plans to map out 14 industrial agglomeration areas, which is a significant strategic measure to explore new room for development, accelerate transformation of economic development pattern, and enhance comprehensive strength and sustainable development ability. This is of great importance to build modern industrial system, optimize the distribution of productive forces and construct ecological civilization in Zhejiang. Introduction of the 14 industrial agglomeration areas (IAA) are as follows:

1. Hangzhou Greater River East IAA:

It features airport economy and modern industry, focusing on the

development of advanced manufacturing, high-tech industry and modern

service, aimed to be built into a model zone for modern industrial

agglomerate development in eastern Hangzhou.

2. Hangzhou City-West Science and Innovation IAA

It features scientific innovation and cultural creativeness, serving as

a model zone for the harmonious development of scientific innovation and

ecology, with the focus of advanced manufacturing, high-tech, modern

service, leisure and tourism, and ecological agriculture.

3. Ningbo Hangzhou Bay IAA

It features marine economy and strategic emerging industry, focusing

on advanced manufacturing, modern service, sports and leisure, and

modern ecological agriculture, aimed to be built into a strategic platform of

Zhejiang’s marine economy as well as a model zone for modern industrial

development in Yangtze Delta.

4. Ningbo Meishan International Logistics IAA

Based on national bonded zone, oriented by free-trade zone, it

features bonded warehouse, intermediary trade and processing, aimed to be

built into a big tax-free logistics platform, a pilot site for marine economy

development in Zhejiang, as well as an important area for modern

international port city in Ningbo.

5. Wenzhou Oujiang Estuary IAA

It features non-state economy, focusing on strategic emerging

industry, high-teched traditional industry, modern service and highly

efficient agriculture, serving as an important area in the metropolis

Wenzhou.

6. Huzhou South Taihu Lake IAA

It features Taihu Lake rim area, focusing on strategic emerging

industry, advanced manufacturing and modern service, actively developing

ecological agriculture, serving an emerging function in the construction of

a great modern ecological lake city.

7. Jiaxing Modern Service IAA

It features international business and scientific innovation, focusing

on modern service and advanced manufacturing, aimed at building regional

headquarter economy, a base for logistics research, development,

manufacturing, scientific incubation, port logistics and data background

service, as well as a modern new district in Jiaxing.

8. Shaoxing Binhai IAA

It draws on advanced and applicable technique to upgrade traditional

industries, further promoting strategic emerging industry, modern service,

and ecological and leisure agriculture, aimed at building a northern new

district in the ecological and livable city of Shaoxing.

9. Jinhua Emerging IAA

It draws on the geographical advantage of low hill and gentle slope,

focusing on advanced manufacturing, emerging industry, characteristic

quality agriculture and productive service industry, serving as a main

industrial platform west to mid-Zhejiang.

10. Quzhou Green IAA

It draws on the geographical advantage of low hill, gentle slope and

city border with four provinces, focusing on advanced manufacturing,

modern service and productive service industry, serving as a main

industrial platform bordering Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi and Anhui.

11. Zhoushan Ocean IAA

It features marine economy, focusing on port logistics, by-port

industry, marine tourism, marine science and technology and modern

fishery, aimed at building an important functional area in the pilot site of

ocean comprehensive exploitation in Zhoushan.

12. Taizhou Bay Recycling Economy IAA

It features recycling economy, focusing on resource regeneration,

by-port petrochemical, pharmaceutical chemicals, equipment

manufacturing, modern service and ecological agriculture, aimed at

building model zone for recycling economic development, as well as

important metropolitan area in Taizhou.

13. Lishui Ecological IAA

It features ecological economy, focusing on advanced manufacturing,

ecological tourism and characteristic quality agriculture, aimed to build a

main platform for ecological economic development in south-west

Zhejiang.

14. Yiwu Trade and Service IAA

It features international business and trade, focusing on the

development of modern logistics and modern service such as financial

business, to guide the transformation and upgrade of traditional industries,

to accelerate cultivation of advanced manufacturing, and to strengthen

industrial support from manufacturing to international trade, aimed at

building a world industrial resource allocation pivot platform for daily-used

small commodities.

Notre association a reçu, le 10 décembre, une délégation chinoise de la municipalité de Heyuan du Guangdong. Les deux parties ont discuté des possibilités des coopérations pour favoriser les échanges dans les domaines d’investissement et des ressources humaines, concernant particulièrement l’exploitation des ressources en eau, l’agriculture et de la transformation des produits agricoles.

Notamment, le samedi 13, cet Artiste de 84 ans animera à partir du 10h30 une séance d’interaction avec le public. Il livrera ses compréhensions sur la peinture chinoise et peindra les portraits des participants volontaires.
 
A cette occasion, je présenterai aussi 2 jeux traditionnels chinois : le jeu de Go et le Ma-jong.

La conférence pour Promouvoir la Coopération Économique et Commerciale entre Guangdong, Heyuan et la France
Date : le lundi 03 décembre 2018, de 15h00 à 17h00

Guangdong est depuis 30 ans la première province économique chinoise, représentant environ 30% de l'exportation du pays. C'est aussi un haut lieu d'importation chinoise et de consommation des produits français de luxe. Les multinationales Huawei et Zhongxing symbolisent ses industries modernes et de High-tech, voire ses « agressivités » commerciales envers les marchés occidentaux.
